Oz The Great And Powerful

When was the last time I went for a movie? Yep, I can't remember. But here's a movie that I really want to watch. Here’s the really amazing trailer that got me all tingling:

That's right! It's Dinsey's Oz The Great And Powerful! I've really want to know how The Wizard of Oz from the Wicked story came into Oz in the first place. Watching the musical Wicked so many times made me absolutely can't wait for this film

I like how the magician made the entire fantasy world think he is a wizard. And the way they believe in him, made him believe in himself, which is kinda cool. I guess likewise everything in life, if you believe in yourself enough, you'll get to your goals.

The movie poster looks freaking awesome!

Catch Disney’s OZ THE GREAT AND POWERFUL in Singapore cinemas this 7 March 2013,  like the Official Walt Disney Studios Singapore Facebook Page, follow @disneystudiosSG and subscribe to the Official Disney Studios Singapore YouTube Channel!

Jersey Boys and other fun stuff

First of all, I would like to say that the Jersey Boys full dress rehearsal was awesome! The acting and singing of the characters were really believable and I loved how the musical was able to develop the back story in detail for each of the characters for someone whom has no idea of the show at all (me). And following the performance you are expecting me to take lots of photos of something related to the Jersey boys right? Right? Well, that didn't happen. So no questions about it, alright?

Last Thursday, it was the 9th month my love and I have been together! We planned to have a picnic at Gardens By The Bay (GBTB) which TouchingNah initially thought it was weird to have a picnic there. However, I wanted to surprise her that day with these!

My love so happy!
My love actually wanted to meet me outside a shop to buy a picnic mat, but I insisted that she meet me at the lift landing. My excuse is because I'm embarrassed that other people look at my "bionic" leg. By then, my smart TouchingNah already knew something was up because she knew I wasn't a wuss and something like that wouldn't bother me LOL. She actually came to the same level to where I live and I didn't know so I had to awkwardly hide le flowers behind my back. My love was so guilty that I bought her flowers because she hinted at me. Hahahahaha. I wouldn't mind of course if it makes her happy, which she was, she can't stop smiling. In the underpass to GBTB, we couldn't halp but take some photos of ourselves because there were so many mirrors along the way!

Me with uber small eyez
Still smiling! My smiling Doraemon!
The last photo on the right was taken at where we had our picnic, in the middle of a circle field. I was kinda weird at first because there was no one around, but after while, people started sitting on the grass patch and kids were playing catching around us. #alphacouple LOL. Just as we were unpacking out food and stuff, my love actually surprised me with this!
I was like WOW!
We took out the blossoms with letters and arranged them!
Long story short, I thought we were not having blossoms due to an unexpected change of events but my love still managed to get the blossoms! I'm so proud at her effort taken to bring these blossoms. No wonder her bag so heavy la, somemore can complain to me haha. I was a really enjoyable day and we were taking photos of ourselves while we were messing around with the blossoms.

Hungry love!
Hungry love and me!

Me with my no-teeth smile, I tried!

No eyes!
God no

Angry man is hungry man!

Too many photos! After which we had Texas Chicken for dinner because it was just right infront of our faces  so we took that option. We downed the chicken quick but I savoured the biscuit. I love that crunchy goodie.
Because we loved the blossoms so much, to took to our own to make the blossoms!
Girl can't wait to see how they look like!
It wasn't exactly like what we expected them to be, but we did our best! Pictures of the results can be found at my love's instagram @TouchingNah, go stalk her!

Yesterday I had a fun day as well because I went cycling and my dad accompanied me along!
Impromptu shot of my dad
I was at first, not exactly sure of myself if I could cycle or not, but after giving it a go, I realised it was perfectly fine. There was no pressure on my ankle at all because my ankle never went pass 90 degrees and it was so much less stressful on my ankle and heel than walking. I was shocked. The moment I came home, I started researching on my road bike that I wanted to get, like a lil' kid wanting to open his present on his birthday (though I haven't been getting birthday presents since like secondary school years). Today, my dad tells me we shall go on a long ride, which makes me hyped up for tomorrow! Alright it's getting late now, I shall be turning in soon. Until the next blog post!

Something about my body isn't feeling right

Here's how I'm feeling right now. Really FREAKING UNCOMFORTABLE!!! There is this pain on my right side of my chest is killing me slowly and it has just started 2 days ago. I should probably go google about it to see if I can self-medicate. Talk about getting old.

Moving on, since this is my 2nd blog post, I'll talk more about myself. In case if you are wondering what is that quote below my blog title, I suggest you take a look at this music video by Vennu Mallesh first.

This guy is the man. He could be known as the next Ghandi as well. The lyrics of his song are what really touched me. Okokok, jokes aside, I still feel that his song is really catchy and his lyrics are totally hilarious. They're so bad, they're good. And you can see where the quote in my blog is inspired from near the beginning of the video. If you are looking for more laughs, check out this link to his Facebook page. The comments by the people on the internet are funny as hell, you guys should take a look. I always get introduced to these hilarious videos from my friends, and these videos keep coming.

Back to the serious stuff about me. With this large amount of time before I get enlisted to NS, I'm always having this constant fear of not knowing what lies ahead in my life after NS. But it seems that no matter how much I try to plan for it, I still do not know what I actually want. You know sometimes people ask you these "deep" questions like "What do you think you're gonna do in future?" or "Are you going to study after NS?" or "What do you want to work as in future?" God damn. Since I have this blog, might as well make a promise on it. I shall make a plan for my future before my 5th blog entry. At least now I've a deadline to meet. That's settled.

It's getting late and I've recently not gotten as much sleep as I've supposed to. So... tata~

VIRGIN BLOG POST!

This is my first time blogging and I named the title of my blog as "My first BLOG POST". So much fail... Now I have no idea how to fix the title, but anyway, let me talk more about myself.

The first time I was introduced to blogging, I was actually sceptical about it because why would you want to write a journal and share it with the world. But here I am, making a blogpost, but it was my gf's idea. She want to know more about my feelings and how my life is going, I think that's cute. Moving on, I am right at this point of time, a civilian. Yes. I am not a student, I am not working or doing anything. I guess you could call me unemployed then but I've a reason for not being employed, it's because I'm a pre-enlistee which means that I'm waiting for my invitation to NS (what a nice way to put it).

The hobbies or the things that I love to do, starting from what I love the most are, riding my motorcycle, exercising, and playing video games. I actually extremely hyped up for cycling and I'm really excited at getting my own bicycle, just that I'm not sure what type of bicycle I want, still deciding on that. I think it's a really great way of getting cardio workout and still having the fun and thrill of going fast and feel the wind in my hair.

I shall talk more about other stuff in my next blog post! Bye~!
